Closing company service

We would like to introduce you to our business dissolution package which includes:

1. A change of registered address so that we receive all the official and business letters, (this step is, however, not obligatory).

2. We provide all the necessary forms for you to complete.

3. We check all the forms after you have completed them.

4. We submit the forms to Companies House on your behalf.

5. We write to the Inland Revenue, NI and PAYE offices on your behalf, informing them of the company closure.

6. We keep the liquidation process under close observation.

7. We immediately respond to any official letters sent to the company during the liquidation period.

This service costs £200 inclusive, (the market price is normally £250 + VAT).
